One-Ingredient Ice Cream



I read about this over at The Kitchn. It's ice cream made from bananas! I haven't tried it yet, but it seems like such a clever, healthy (and cheap!) alternative to regular ice cream. It's simple: freeze some bananas until solid, then throw them in a blender or food processor, and voila!: rich, creamy ice cream. You could add some honey or peanut butter if you wanted to get fancy.
