Yum!: Angel Lush Cake

This super easy but impressive recipe comes from
Kraft Foods. (If you haven't been there, check it out. They have loads of great easy recipes.) I made this cake for my brother's birthday this year. It's so light & fluffy, it's perfect for summertime. And best of all, if you start with a store bought cake, you don't even have to turn on the oven!

1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapple in Juice, undrained
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup thawed Cool Whip
1 round angel food cake, cut into 3 layers
Fresh strawberries (& maybe some blueberries if you'd like) for the top

Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Stack cake layers on a plate, spreading the pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Top with berries.
